Concrete is the most formally rigorous series in Medina's practice — works that move closest to pure abstraction while remaining grounded in the photographic image that generated them.

The compositions in this series are constructed through strict visual logic: repetition, rotation, reflection and the accumulation of geometric forms until a new visual order emerges. The series is in dialogue with the legacy of Venezuelan kinetic and concrete art — not as homage, but as inheritance reworked through a contemporary and deeply personal lens.
